Recently Jin wrote some reflections on Winter Outing. They were so funny and true that I thought you'd enjoy reading them, so I took the liberty of re-posting them here. The rest of this post is from Jin.
This weekend, I learned (among other things) that
1. Enoch gets very excited when he is playing a game and when he is hungry,
2. Marisa won't sleep if she has candy an hour before her bedtime,
3. Stephen never ever wants to have a girlfriend (maybe this is too soon to ask :P),
4. Matt Tat is the last person you should ever ask to come up with dares, and he [claims that he] can eat a 5x5 burger at In N Out,
5. Brittany throws snowballs with an aim that's almost too good,
6. Maddy loves Oreos and washing dishes,
7. Samiel and Dawn are fantastic emcees,
8. Sleeping bag wrestling is a lot more fun than it sounds, but I should probably not face off against Mike,
9. Cat really knows culture,
10. Sonny has had only one cup of instant noodles in his entire life up until this weekend, at which point his number of cups quadrupled,
11. Janet is grumpy without coffee, and,
12. Most importantly - God is a totally sovereign God, and that rocks!
Yay for Winter Outing!
