I love the ESV!

I'm not saying that it's bad to use the NIV--I love the NIV, too, and it can be helpful to see how different translations translate the original texts--but the ESV has been the version that I've been reading and memorizing for the past couple of years. I love it!

I consider the ESV a paraphrase Bible, and the NIV a more literal translation.
